CFSB Announces Officer Promotions for 13 Team Members

Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB) is proud to announce the promotion of 13 dedicated team members, following unanimous approval by the Board of Directors. These promotions reflect their hard work, leadership, and commitment to CFSB’s mission of providing exceptional financial services to our clients and value to our communities.


“These individuals have demonstrated outstanding dedication and expertise, playing an essential role in the continued success of CFSB,” said Jason Jones, President of CFSB. “We are incredibly proud to recognize their contributions and leadership.”


Lindsay Bonnell has been promoted to Vice President, Deposit Operations Team Leader. A valued member of CFSB for nearly 17 years, Lindsay’s career has spanned multiple roles, including Teller, IT Help Desk, Project Management, and various Operations and Accounting positions. Currently, she leads the Deposit Operations team, overseeing critical functions in the bank within electronic banking, consumer cards and more.


Elaine Dowdy has been promoted to Vice President as the Loan Operations Team Leader. With 12 years at CFSB, Elaine has been instrumental in the evolution of Loan Operations, ensuring the department runs efficiently and effectively. Her leadership has strengthened the team’s functionality.



Crystal Price has been promoted to Vice President as the Calvert Banking Center Team Leader. In her 14 years at CFSB, Crystal has taken on multiple roles, working in Retail Banking, Accounting, and Loan Operations before transitioning to lending nearly a decade ago. Since 2017, she has led the Calvert Banking Center, expanding its reach beyond Calvert City and building strong client relationships across neighboring counties.


Jennifer Sevilla now serves as Vice President in her role as Digital & Client Service Manager. Jennifer has been a part of the CFSB family for 12 years, excelling in both Client Service and Retail Banking roles. She has played a key role in leading CFSB’s digital transformation, overseeing the successful implementation of the bank’s online banking system, mobile app, and numerous other client-focused projects.


Anna Wallace has been promoted to Vice President as the Residential Loan Processing Team Leader. Nearly 17 years ago, Anna joined CFSB as a Loan Processor. For the past eight years, she has led the Residential Loan Processing team through substantial regulatory changes, technology enhancements, and shifts in the housing market, ensuring seamless loan operations for clients.


Chase York now holds the title of Vice President, Senior Residential Lender in Marshall County. In his nine years at CFSB, Chase has grown from a Retail Banker to leading the Draffenville Banking Center before stepping into his current role as a senior residential lender. Known for his energetic personality and natural leadership, Chase continues to strengthen CFSB’s lending services in Marshall County.


Will Cox has been promoted to Assistant Vice President as a Commercial Lender in McCracken County. Will joined CFSB six years ago as a Business Development Officer, where he quickly built strong client relationships. His ability to connect with local businesses has carried over into his role as a Commercial Lender, where he continues to help businesses thrive.


Brandi Edwards has earned the title of Assistant Vice President as she is the Business Services Team Leader. With nearly 11 years at CFSB, Brandi has served in various operational roles. Over the past few years, she has excelled in leading the Business Services team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client service.




Abby Ford now serves as Assistant Vice President as the Credit Analysis Team Leader. Since joining CFSB six years ago, Abby has demonstrated expertise in Loan Operations and Credit Analysis. As the subject matter expert in her field, she was promoted to Credit Analysis Team Leader in 2023, where she continues to drive excellence in credit assessment.



Sam Gold has been named Assistant Vice President now as the Draffenville Banking Center Team Leader. Sam has been with CFSB for eight years, starting as a Retail Banker and working his way up through various leadership roles. In 2020, he became the Draffenville Retail Banking Team Leader and has now stepped into the role of Banking Center Team Leader, guiding his team with dedication and passion.



Emily Holley now holds the title of Assistant Vice President, Commercial Loan Processing Team Leader. With 17 years of experience at CFSB, Emily has worked extensively in commercial lending, leading both the Loan Servicing and Commercial Loan Processing teams. Her deep knowledge and leadership make her an invaluable asset to the bank’s lending operations.




Michelle Orr has been promoted to Assistant Vice President as a Residential Lender in Calloway County. Michelle has been with CFSB for nine years, starting as a Residential Lending Administrative Assistant before being promoted to Residential Lender in 2019. Since then, she has excelled in meeting the lending needs of clients throughout Calloway County.



Peyton Porter has earned the title of Assistant Vice President as a Commercial Lender in Marshall County. Nearly six years ago, Peyton joined CFSB, beginning his career in Client Service before transitioning to roles in Commercial Lending. Since being promoted to Commercial Lender in 2022, he has quickly risen as one of the top-producing lenders at CFSB, demonstrating a strong commitment to client success.
